A local point of contact.
A clear way forward.
Business valuation services for owners, shareholders and advisers who need to understand the value, and the reasoning behind it. Independent, signed, fixed fee, and explained in plain English.
Our base
Double Bay.
Eastern Suburbs.
Sydney.
Based in Double Bay, we take enquiries from across Sydney and work with clients Australia-wide. The first conversation can happen before your financial documents are ready.
Call 0433 475 518Begin with what you need the valuation to do.
A business sale, a shareholder exit and an adviser-led restructure involve different questions. We start by establishing the subject, purpose, intended users and valuation date, then discuss the scope and evidence needed.
Jackson Wilson is your initial point of contact and the person who prepares and signs the work. Tell him what the business does, why the valuation is required and when you need it. If the matter calls for specialist work or a different report type, that is addressed before the engagement is agreed, never after.

What to expect
Clarity at each step.
A useful report explains its assumptions and limitations as clearly as its conclusion.
01 · Scope
Know what is being valued.
Agree the subject, purpose, users, date and deliverable before the analysis begins. Identify agreements or instructions that affect the question.
02 · Fees
Agree the fee upfront.
Standard signed reports start from $1,495 + GST for suitable matters. More complex work and court expert engagements are separately scoped.
03 · Reasoning
Understand the conclusion.
The report connects the evidence, method and material assumptions. Factual review helps identify corrections before final issue.
How we describe ourselves
Plain claims, kept honest.
We describe the work as it is: independent business valuations, prepared and signed by a suitably qualified business valuer, on a fixed fee, for a stated purpose. We do not publish testimonials, ratings or awards, we do not guarantee outcomes, and we do not give legal, tax or financial advice. Our sister brand pages carry the same discipline.
Prepare at your own pace
Read first, then call.
Our knowledge centre explains common valuation questions, while the industry guides show how the information needed differs between business models. They are a useful starting point for the conversation, not an assessment of your particular business.
A little more clarity
Good questions.
Straight answers.
